Following events require entry tickets:

1. Charity Fund Raising Dinner – Saturday, 25 th August 2007, Evening
2. Variety cultural programme (“ 2 Days Key Event”) – Saturday, 1 st September & Sunday, 2 nd September, 2007. Ticket prices include meals and hot/cold beverages.

The opening ceremony in the morning on Saturday, 25 th August, 2007 is free for all. The complete details of programme events can be found elsewhere in this brochure or on our website www.mmlondon.co.uk .

1. Though we shall make tickets available on the event days, it is recommended that you please book in advance so that we can plan better.
2. Charity Fund Raising Dinner is only for Adults.
3. In case of “2 Days Key Event” there will be two primary categories:
1. Premium (front 3 rows) b. Standard
4. “2 Days Key Event” tickets will be available for individual days (day 1 or day 2) as well as a combined ticket for both days. Have 100% participation at discounted price!
5. Standard “2 Days Key Event” tickets prices vary for Adults, Children (12-18), members and non-members. Please note such variation is not applicable to Premium tickets.

1. Children under 12 are free. We will also be offering crèche facility at the venue and the details of the same will be published closer to the event in the brochure/website.

The seat allocation based on initial phone call will be held only for 7 and it will be confirmed only if form is received within 7 days from the date of phone call. You will receive this confirmation either by phone call or e-mail. If the form is not received within the prescribed time then you may not be allocated the seats promised originally over phone call.

We will be offering special group discount of 5% for Maharashtra Mandals located beyond M25 periphery of Greater London. To avail the discount you will have to fill up appropriate details on the booking form and forward to following booking contacts. A group should consist of minimum 10 tickets for entire “2 Days Key Event”
