Fees & Payment
Question 1:
How much does each event cost and how does it work out if I am playing doubles? Answer: Each event costs £5.00. If you are taking part in doubles then you will have to
provide the name of your partner in your form that you submit. If it is a doubles event then you will have to pay £10.00 (one for you and one for your partner).
Question 2: Will my partner also have to fill in the form?
Answer: Yes. Your partner will still have to fill in the form in order to capture the
personal details, however no need to pay extra since you have already paid for him/her - unless you wish to be generous :) .
Question 3: Comment field for partner? Answer: Yes. Your partner should write in the comments section that he/she is playing
with you and the payment has been done.
Question 3: Will my money be refunded if I don’t turn-up? Answer: Yes. Provided you inform the organisers well in advance. If there is no
intimation of you whatsoever about your absence then the money will not be refunded. Intimation of cancellation by SMS will NOT be accepted. You should ensure that your
request for absence (last minute cancellation) is acknowledged by the organiser appropriately.
