Request must include the name and address of the primary registrant (or the billing name and address if registered online) and the online registration confirmation number if any

All cancellations will be charged a processing fee

    Notes:
        (1) The cancellation fee indicated above is per primary registrant
        (2) If you purchased additional items (e.g., priority seating, food, etc.), those cannot be cancelled alone.
        
They are refundable only when the entire registration is cancelled

Refunds will be sent via cheque 4-6 weeks after the convention. Checks will be sent to the main registrant’s address (if a paper form was used) or to the Billing address (if online registration form was used)

Registrations are not transferable.
